Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy allows you return your order within 14 days, after this time is passed your order will not longer be eligible to be returned and will not be refunded.

To return an order it must meet the following criteria: 

  • The items must be unused.

  • The items must be in the same condition as when they arrived to you.

  • The items must be in the original packaging.

  • Where an order contains more than one of the same blind product (e.g. sealed booster boxes, packs), all of the same items must be returned. This is to avoid customers attempting to return items after acquiring what items they want and deciding they no longer need the rest.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not attempt to send items back to the manufacturer!

 

Upon the return of the items, if there are any signs of tampering or seals being broken then the order will NOT qualify for a refund.

 

Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled we reserve the right to charge a 5%  processing fee of the total order cost. This is decided on a order by order basis and applies to all orders, including those yet to be shipped and Pre-Orders.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned items and inspected them we will email you to notify if they qualify for a refund or not. If a refund has been approved then it will be processed and credited to your chosen payment method at checkout. Please allow 7 days for this to be processed and show up in your statements or bank balance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 7 days, then we advise that you check with your credit card company or bank as there may be some delay in your refund being posted.

The shipping costs of returning a non-damaged item is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund then the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

It is recommended that when returning an item you use a tracked option or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that the item will be delivered to us successfully.
